Licensed Personnel. All Plans, Specifications, design calculations, Site data, and cost estimates, if any, required to be prepared by Architect shall be prepared by licensed personnel or personnel under the direction of licensed personnel, as required by the California Education Code and Code of Regulations, and such personnel shall also be in general responsible charge of observation of the construction, as required by those codes.
