Common use of Licensed Materials Clause in Contracts

Licensed Materials. The complete contents of the ACM Digital Library (DL), including ACM’s entire publication portfolio of journals, magazines, conference proceedings, newsletters, websites, and multimedia files, whose contents are listed at xxxxx://xx.xxx.xxx/contents_dl.cfm, and the additional content made available to the Licensees as enumerated in Section 4, Article 1. This Agreement excludes ACM Books.
