Licensed Information. Notwithstanding anything the contrary herein, Know-How exclusively licensed by Aktis to Lilly [***] (collectively, the “Licensed Information”), for purposes of this Agreement, is deemed to be ▇▇▇▇▇’▇ Confidential Information and, regardless of the Party first disclosing the same, ▇▇▇▇▇ shall be deemed the Disclosing Party, and Aktis shall be deemed the Receiving Party, with respect thereto.
