Licensed Entity Sample Clauses
The 'Licensed Entity' clause defines which specific party or organization is granted the rights under a license agreement. It typically identifies the company, subsidiary, or individual authorized to use the licensed intellectual property, technology, or service. For example, the clause may specify that only a named corporation and its affiliates are permitted to exercise the rights provided by the license. This clause ensures clarity about who is legally permitted to use the licensed materials, thereby preventing unauthorized use and potential disputes over the scope of the license.
