Common use of Licensed Content Clause in Contracts

Licensed Content. All Content offered through any Affiliated ICP Site(s) pursuant to this Agreement or otherwise provided by ICP or its agents in connection herewith (e.g., offline or online promotional Content, Promotions, AOL "slideshows" , etc.), including in each case, any modifications, upgrades, updates, enhancements, and related documentation.

All Content offered through any Affiliated ICP Site(s) pursuant to this Agreement or otherwise provided by ICP or its agents through the ICP Internet Site and/or the AOL Network in connection herewith (e.g., offline or online promotional Content, Promotions, AOL "slideshows" , etcwith the subject matter of this Agreement.), including in each case, any modifications, upgrades, updates, enhancements, and related documentation.
