Common use of Licensed Area Clause in Contracts

Licensed Area. The City and Licensee agree that it is not the intention of the parties to create a public forum within the Licensed Area, as the Park currently has a public forum designated area and there is no intention by this Agreement to expand or alter it. The Licensed Area for the Authorized Activities is as described in Schedule A.
