License to Utilize Final Report Sample Clauses

License to Utilize Final Report. The Client hereby grants to the Government of the United States of America a fully paid-up, irrevocable, perpetual, transferrable, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use the Final Report, and all Deliverables and other work product associated with the Activity, including all Intellectual Property therein whether Pre-Existing Contractor IP, Pre-Existing Client IP or Developed IP (each as defined in the main body of this Contract).
