Common use of License to Models Clause in Contracts

License to Models. a non-exclusive, non- sublicensable, non-transferable license to (i) execute and use the Models provided by Instabase for its internal business purposes in conjunction with the Software; and (ii) modify the Baseline Models to create Private Models for its internal business purposes.
