Common use of License Subscriptions Clause in Contracts

License Subscriptions. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, for License Subscriptions provided on LogRhythm Hardware, Customer receives a right to use the Hardware for the duration of the License Subscription Term. Title to and ownership of such Hardware shall remain with LogRhythm. Customer shall return the Hardware within 30 days of the expiration of the Subscription License Term or the termination of this Agreement, whichever is earlier. The License Subscription Term begins on the Delivery Date.
