Common use of License of Trade Names Clause in Contracts

License of Trade Names. (a) Each party (a "Grantor") hereby grants to the other party a non-exclusive right and license to use the respective trademark and/or service xxxx of: "VONS"; and "MGI" (the "Marks") upon and in connection with any promotional activities within the Store(s), as further described in this Agreement; provided, however, that each Grantor retains the right of prior, written approval of any marketing or promotional advertising by the other party which includes the logos, trademarks, trade names and copyrights of the Grantor. Each license granted in this section shall apply only to the Program, and the recipient shall make no other use thereof except as expressly permitted in this Agreement.
