License Level Components Sample Clauses

License Level Components. The Licensed Materials included in any given License Level are determined in the sole discretion of LEAP and are subject to change at any time. Licensee should consult LEAP’s advertising and marketing materials to determine what is included in a particular License Level. Licensee may request from LEAP a written statement of what is included in a particular License Level prior to execution of this Agreement. While LEAP does not plan to offer products and/or services to Licensee or any other customer of LEAP only to remove such Licensed Materials from use, LEAP reserves the right to remove any product(s) or service(s) from a License Level at any time as detailed in Section 4.1(c) Removal of Materials.
