Common use of License for Software Clause in Contracts

License for Software. This License governs the Customer’s right to use the Software, which includes, inter alia, software developed by Edge (“Edge Software”), open source software (“Open Source Software”), and other materials licensed to Edge by third parties (“Third Party Software”). By installing or using the Device, the Customer is bound by the terms and conditions of this License. 1.1 If the Customer does not agree with all the terms and conditions of this License, then the Customer agrees not to access, install or use the Device or the Software.

By installing or using the Device, or by signing the MSA, the Customer is bound by the terms and conditions of this License. 1.1 If the Customer does not agree with all the terms and conditions of this License, then the Customer agrees not to access, install or use the Device or the Software.
