Common use of License Control Software Clause in Contracts

Customer acknowledges that: (a) the Software includes License Control Software that locally records Licensing Metrics and permits KNIME and its authorized service providers, if applicable, the ability to monitor usage of the KNIME Software and (b) use of such License Control Software is fundamental to the business of KNIME.

Customer acknowledges that: (a) that the Software includes License Control Software that locally records the use of the Licensing Metrics and permits Customer shall provide KNIME and its authorized service providers, if applicable, the ability to monitor usage of the KNIME Software and (b) with accurate reports as set forth in Section 3.7. The use of such License Control Software is fundamental to the business of KNIME.
