Common use of License Amendment Clause in Contracts

License Amendment. Lilly's license in Section 5.1 and Section 5.2 shall be amended to include "make" Product without restriction. Generex shall transfer to Lilly all manufacturing documents, including, without limitation, standard operating procedures, manufacturing tickets, and quality control and assurance documentation for manufacture of Product and shall permit Lilly to have the right to reference the DMFs and, if necessary, utilize any information in the DMFs to manufacture, and obtain any regulatory approval to manufacture Product.
