LICENCES AND CONSENTS. 8.2.1 All licences, consents, Authorisations, orders, warrants, confirmations, permissions, certificates, approvals, registrations and authorities (“Licences”) necessary for the carrying on of the businesses of the Company as now carried on, have been obtained and neither the Company, nor any of its officers or employees has committed any criminal offence or any breach of the requirements or conditions of any Law or other obligation relating to the Company or the carrying on of its business.
