Common use of Licence Scope Clause in Contracts

Licence Scope. 2.1.1 Subject to the Customer’s payment of ongoing fees in accordance with this Agreement, BG provides a non-exclusive and time-limited right and access to use the Service in accordance with this Agreement (the “User Right”). The User Right cannot be transferred without BG's prior written acceptance. 2.1.2 The Customer is at all times responsible for the Customer’s concrete use of the Service and that such is conducted within the limits as set out in this Agreement.
