Licence of Your Intellectual Property to Us. (a) You grant to Us a licence (in this clause, the “Licence”) to use Your Intellectual Property for the sole purposes of providing the Sponsorship Benefits and otherwise performing Our obligations and exercising Our rights under this Agreement.
