License Duration The duration of your license to a Product will be for a perpetual or limited term, as specified on an order. Subject to the terms of this Agreement and the applicable order, (a) if a “Perpetual” interval is specified for a Product, you will receive a license to that Product in perpetuity; and (b) if a “License Term” is specified on an order, you will receive a license to the Products listed on that order for the period specified on the order, commencing on the date of delivery of those Products.
Licence Grant If you use our software as part of using our Services then we and our licensors grant you a licence that is personal to you only, which is limited, non- exclusive, revocable, non-transferable and without the right to sub-licence. A “licence” is legal way in which we are able to grant you the right to use something for a specific and limited – in this context we use to describe how we grant you the right to use the Service (including its software). You are permitted to use the software provided by us for use solely for the purposes of availing of our Services pursuant to this Agreement and for no other purpose whatsoever. Unless expressly granted by us in this Agreement, nothing in this Agreement shall be interpreted as granting you a licence to use any of our software or other intellectual property rights for any other purposes.

Insurance during Concession Period The Concessionaire shall effect and maintain at its own cost, during the Construction Period and the Operation Period, such insurances for such maximum sums as may be required under the Financing Agreements, and the Applicable Laws, and such insurances as may be necessary or prudent in accordance with Good Industry Practice. The Concessionaire shall also effect and maintain such insurances as may be necessary for mitigating the risks that may devolve on the Authority as a consequence of any act or omission of the Concessionaire during the Construction Period. The Concessionaire shall procure that in each insurance policy, the Authority shall be a co- insured and that the insurer shall pay the proceeds of insurance into the Escrow Account. For the avoidance of doubt, the level of insurance to be maintained by the Concessionaire after repayment of Senior Lenders‟ dues in full shall be determined on the same principles as applicable for determining the level of insurance prior to such repayment of Senior Lenders‟ dues.
Maintenance during Construction Period (i) During the Construction Period, the Contractor shall maintain, at its cost, the existing lane(s) of the Project Highway so that the traffic worthiness and safety thereof are at no time materially inferior as compared to their condition on Appointed Date, and shall undertake the necessary repair and maintenance works for this purpose; provided that the Contractor may, at its cost, interrupt and divert the flow of traffic if such interruption and diversion is necessary for the efficient progress of Works and conforms to Good Industry Practice; provided further that such interruption and diversion shall be undertaken by the Contractor only with the prior written approval of the Authority’s Engineer which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld. For the avoidance of doubt, it is agreed that the Contractor shall at all times be responsible for ensuring safe operation of the Project Highway. It is further agreed that in the event the Project includes construction of a bypass or tunnel and realignment of the existing carriageway, the Contractor shall maintain the existing highway in such sections until the new Works are open to traffic.

LICENCE FEE PARAMETERS 13.1 The Licensee must within 30 days of the last day of each Licence Year, for purposes of calculating the Licence Fee payable, provide SAMRO with a Licence Parameter Return ( available on the SAMRO website), indicating any and all changes to the licence parameters set out in this Agreement.
DRIVERS LICENCE You must carry your Driver Licence and/or the copy of your English Translation on you at all times while driving. Please also keep a copy of your Rental Agreement in the vehicle at all times.
Reference Documents Obtain, as necessary for submitting a tender offer, copies of the latest versions of standards, specifications, conditions of contract and other publications, which are not attached but which are incorporated into the tender documents by reference.
Frequency and Duration There shall be an open enrollment period for health coverage in each year of this Agreement, and for dental coverage in the first year of this Agreement. Each year of the Agreement, all employees shall have the option to complete a Health Assessment. Open enrollment periods shall last a minimum of fourteen (14) calendar days in each year of the Agreement. Open enrollment changes become effective on January 1 of each year of this Agreement. Subject to a timely contract settlement, the Employer shall make open enrollment materials available to employees at least fourteen (14) days prior to the start of the open enrollment period.
