Library Compound. “Library Compound” shall mean a compound included in the Library Compound Pool that is selected as a Library Compound pursuant to Section 2.1.2 and delivered to JJPRD; provided that, in the event the Library Compound Structure Information for a compound physically delivered by Infinity as a Library Compound does not contain an accurate description of the molecular formula or molecular structure of such compound, the compound delivered, but not the structure described, shall be deemed to be a Library Compound.
