LIBOR Lending Office. Each Lender’s initial LIBOR Lending Office is set forth opposite its name on Schedule 14.9 hereto. Each Lender shall have the right at any time and from time to time to designate a different office of itself or of any Affiliate as such Lender’s LIBOR Lending Office, and to transfer any outstanding LIBOR Loans to such LIBOR Lending Office. No such designation or transfer shall result in any liability on the part of Borrowers for increased costs or expenses resulting solely from such designation or transfer (except any such transfer that is made by a Lender pursuant to Section 2.6 or Section 2.7 hereof, or otherwise for the purpose of complying with Applicable Law). Increased costs or expenses resulting from a change in Applicable Law occurring subsequent to any such designation or transfer shall be deemed not to result solely from such designation or transfer. To the extent commercially feasible, each Lender shall designate an alternate LIBOR Lending Office with respect to LIBOR Loans to reduce the risk of Borrowers’ liability to such Lender under Sections 2.7 and 2.8 and to avoid the type of advance under Section 2.6, so long as such designation is not commercially unreasonable under the circumstances.
