Common use of LIBOR Floor Clause in Contracts

LIBOR Floor. Section 5.1 of the Repurchase Agreement is amended by deleting the phrase “3.75%” as it appears therein and substituting the phrase “3.25%” in lieu thereof.

LIBOR Floor. Section 5.1 of the Repurchase Agreement is amended by deleting the phrase “3.753.25%” as it appears therein and substituting the phrase “3.253.00%” in lieu thereof.

LIBOR Floor. Section 5.1 of the Repurchase Agreement is amended by deleting the phrase replacing “3.753.00%” as it appears therein and substituting the phrase with “3.252.50%” in lieu thereof”.
