LIBERTY’S COMMITMENTS. Liberty hereby commits and agrees to sell to MarkWest, at the Delivery Point, all of the Raw Make (and all of the Plant Products contained therein) that Liberty elects to deliver at the Delivery Point, as adjusted for Incidental Losses or Gains.
