Liberty Mutual Services. Until the First Trigger Date, Agency Markets shall obtain the services provided for under the Services Agreement from one or more members of the Liberty Mutual Affiliated Group and shall not reduce the scope or volume of such services unless (i) otherwise consented to by Liberty Mutual, (ii) the Services Agreement terminates for any reason other than a (A) a termination by Liberty Mutual Insurance Company for any uncured material breach by Agency Markets or (B) a termination without cause by Agency Markets on 180 days notice or (iii) Liberty Mutual Insurance Company has reduced the scope of Services provided under the Services Agreement other than at the direction of Agency Markets.
