Progress Reports The Recipient shall submit to the OPWC, at the OPWC's request, summary reports detailing the progress of the Project pursuant to this Agreement and any additional reports containing such information as the OPWC may reasonably require.
Progress Reporting 5. The IP will submit to UNICEF narrative progress reports against the planned activities contained in the Programme Document, using the PDPR. Unless otherwise agreed between the Parties in writing, these reports will be submitted at the end of every Quarter. The final report will be submitted no later than thirty (30) calendar days after the end the Programme and will be provided together with the FACE form.
Quarterly Progress Reports The goal of this task is to periodically verify that satisfactory and continued progress is made towards achieving the objectives of this Agreement on time and within budget. The objectives of this task are to summarize activities performed during the reporting period, to identify activities planned for the next reporting period, to identify issues that may affect performance and expenditures, and to form the basis for determining whether invoices are consistent with work performed. The Recipient shall: • Prepare a Quarterly Progress Report which summarizes all Agreement activities conducted by the Recipient for the reporting period, including an assessment of the ability to complete the Agreement within the current budget and any anticipated cost overruns. Progress reports are due to the CAM the 10th day of each January, April, July, and October. Project Reports 1. The Borrower shall monitor and evaluate the progress of the Project and prepare Project Reports in accordance with the provisions of Section 5.08 of the General Conditions and on the basis of the indicators agreed with the Bank. Each Project Report shall cover the period of one calendar semester, and shall be furnished to the Bank not later than one month after the end of the period covered by such report.
Progress Report 10.1 If required, you shall submit progress reports in connection with the Service (“Report”) on at least a monthly basis, or as we may require. The Report shall include a summary of the activities and accomplishments during the previous reporting period.
Progress Reports and Invoices The goals of this subtask are to: (1) periodically verify that satisfactory and continued progress is made towards achieving the project objectives of this Agreement; and (2) ensure that invoices contain all required information and are submitted in the appropriate format. The Recipient shall: • Submit a monthly Progress Report to the CAM. Each progress report must: o Summarize progress made on all Agreement activities as specified in the scope of work for the preceding month, including accomplishments, problems, milestones, products, schedule, fiscal status, and an assessment of the ability to complete the Agreement within the current budget and any anticipated cost overruns. Expert Reports Without prejudice to the appointment of other kinds of experts where authorised by the applicable arbitration rules, the tribunal, at the request of the disputing parties, may appoint one or more experts to report to it in writing on any factual issue concerning environmental, public health, safety or other scientific matters raised by a disputing party in a proceeding, subject to such terms and conditions as the disputing parties may agree.
Monthly Progress Reports During the Construction Period, the Concessionaire shall, no later than 7 (seven) days after the close of each month, furnish to the Authority and the Independent Engineer a monthly report on progress of the Construction Works and shall promptly give such other relevant information as may be required by the Independent Engineer.
Project Reporting During the course of Implementation Services, the NAVITAIRE Hosted Revenue Accounting Services Project Manager will coordinate status reporting with the NAVITAIRE Hosted Reservation Services Project Manager. Following completion of installation of the Hosted Reservation Services, the NAVITAIRE Hosted Revenue Accounting Services Project Manager will provide Customer with status on the remaining Implementation Services for Hosted Revenue Accounting Services as follows; (a) Weekly Project Plan Update and Status Report; (b) Weekly Updated Issues/Resolution List; and (c) Executive Summary.
Management Reports Promptly upon receipt thereof, copies of all detailed financial and management reports submitted to the Company by independent auditors in connection with each annual or interim audit made by such auditors of the books of the Company.
