Liability of Member and Managers. 7.1.1 To the maximum extent that Delaware law in effect from time to time permits limitation of the liability of Members, Managers and officers of the Company (including the directors and officers of any predecessor corporation), no present or former Member, Manager or officer of the Company shall be liable to the Company or its Members for money damages.
