Liability; Interpretation. If more than one Person executes this Agreement, (i) each of them shall be jointly and severally liable pursuant to this Agreement, (ii) each of them shall be liable pursuant to this Agreement as though each of them had executed and delivered to the Secured Party a separate agreement identical to this Agreement, and (iii) this Agreement shall be construed, interpreted and enforced, whether in any action or other legal proceeding or otherwise, as to each of them as though each of them had executed and delivered to the Secured Party a separate agreement identical to this Agreement.
