Liability for Late Trains. The rights and obligations of the parties set out in Schedule 4 and 8 represent the parties’ sole entitlement as between themselves to any compensation in respect of any damage, losses, claims, proceedings, demands, liabilities, costs, damages, orders and out of pocket expenses arising from cancellations, interruptions or delays to trains.
