Liability for customers. Despite anything else in this lease, the Tenant acknowledges and agrees that: (a) for the period that any potential or actual customers remain on or in the Premises, the Tenant is responsible for the safety and welfare of those potential or actual customers; and (b) to the extent that a potential or actual customer causes any damage to the Premises, the Tenant will be responsible for the repair or rectification of such damage.
