Liability for Breach of Buyer Representations. Seller shall give written notice to Buyer if it determines that Buyer has breached any representation or warranty made in this Section 7.2. If, as a consequence of such breach, Seller shall have suffered a loss or incurred damages, then Buyer shall be liable to Seller for payment of damages. The preceding sentence notwithstanding, in no event shall the liability of Buyer with respect to breaches of any representations or warranties made in this Section 7.2 exceed, in the aggregate, the sum of ten percent (10%) of the Purchase Price.
