Liability Disclosure. If your monthly statement or any notice of charge to your account shows transfers that you did not make, tell us at once. If you tell us within 2 business days, you can lose no more than $50.00 from your account. If you do not tell us within 2 business days after you learn of the loss from your account, and we can prove we could have stopped the unauthorized transfers if you had told us, you could lose as much as $500.00. If your monthly statement shows transfers that you did not make, and you do not contact us within 60 days after the statement was mailed to you, you may not get back any money you lost after the 60 days if we can prove that we could have prevented those losses if you had told us in time. If extenuating circumstances kept you from telling us, we may extend the time periods. If you believe that someone has transferred or may transfer money from your account without your permission, call us at one of our branch offices listed in this disclosure. Our regular business days are Monday through Friday. (Saturdays, Sundays, and Legal Holidays are not included.)
