Common use of Liability Cumulative Clause in Contracts

Liability Cumulative. The liability of each Credit Party as a Guarantor under this Section 11 is in addition to and shall be cumulative with all liabilities of each Credit Party to the Agent, the L/C Issuers and the Lenders under this Agreement and the other Loan Documents to which such Credit Party is a party or in respect of any obligations of liabilities of the other Credit Parties, without any limitation as to amount, unless the instrument or agreement evidencing or creating such other liability specifically provides to the contrary.
