Liability before Effective Date. Notwithstanding clause 2.1, the Transferor is not released, relieved or discharged from liability under the Original Agreement before the Effective Date, or any breach of any provision of the Original Agreement by the Transferor occurring before the Effective Date (to the extent that it is not remedied by the Effective Date) in so far as the Original Agreement relates to the Required Obligations.
