Liability and rights not affected. The Guarantor’s obligations under this clause 24 are not affected by anything which might otherwise affect them under the law relating to sureties, including but not limited to, one or more of the following: (a) the Lessor granting time or any other concession to or compromising with or releasing in any way the Lessee or a Co-surety; (b) acquiescence, delay, acts or omissions on the part of the Lessor;
