Common use of Liabilities Owing by Principal Debtors Clause in Contracts

Liabilities Owing by Principal Debtors. After the occurrence of an Event of Default which is continuing and which has not been waived by the requisite Noteholders, all moneys received by the Guarantor in respect of debts and liabilities, present and future, of each Principal Debtor to the Guarantor shall upon receipt by the Guarantor be forthwith paid over to the Noteholders, in whole without in any way lessening or limiting the liability of the Guarantor under this Guarantee.
