Liabilities — (Excess. $150,000 any one accident or occurrence offshore and onshore, except: Sub-section B (offshore) only, where an excess in respect of Charterers Liability of $50,000 any one accident or occurrence event shall apply, except that cargo claims shall be subject to a single of $12,500 each single voyage. Underlying amounts nil, but subject to minimum underlyings of $5,000,000 (or to be agred Slip Leader) in respect of statutory Employers Liability / Automobile Liability / non-owned Aviation Liability.
