LEXUS. A single entity shall not hold an ownership interest, directly or through an Affiliate, in more than: (a) two (2) Lexus dealerships in any Area ("Area" currently includes Eastern, Southern, Central and Western); and (b) three (3) Lexus dealerships nationally.
