LEVY CONTRIBUTION. 1. Monthly accounts in respect of levies and utilities shall be paid on or before the seventh day of each month. Should this rule be contravened, the managing agent will send out a reminder letter, restriction notice, final demand or summons pending notice. 2. No owner may withhold levies for any reason whatsoever. 3. The defaulting owner will be liable for any interest and penalties added to the levy account.
