The Level I Training clause defines the requirements and scope for introductory or foundational training provided to individuals or entities. Typically, this clause outlines the content, duration, and objectives of the initial training phase, specifying who must attend and what competencies must be achieved. For example, it may require new employees or contractors to complete a basic safety or orientation program before engaging in more advanced activities. The core function of this clause is to ensure that all relevant parties possess the necessary baseline knowledge or skills, thereby promoting safety, compliance, and consistent standards from the outset.
Level I Training. If a project requires the NAC Member employees to perform technical activities, e.g., activities other than administrative tasks, program reviews, demonstrations, or meetings, under this Agreement in a designated area of performance within a DoD installation, facility or area (herein referred to as “an area of performance”), then all the NAC Member employees, to include subcontractor employees, requiring access to DOD installation, facilities and controlled access areas shall complete AT Level I awareness training within thirty (30) calendar days after effective date of the award. The NAC Member shall submit certificates of completion for each affected NAC Member employee and subcontractor employee, to the AOR, within fifteen (15) calendar days after completion of training by all employees and subcontractor personnel. If a project requires the NAC Member employees to have an area of performance within a DoD installation, facility or area, the NAC Member employees and all associated sub-contractor employees shall comply with applicable installation, facility and area commander installation/facility access and local security policies and procedures (provided by Government representatives). The NAC Member shall also provide all information required for background checks to meet installation access requirements to be accomplished by installation ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Office, Director of Emergency Services or Security Office. The NAC Member employees must comply with all personal identity verification requirements as directed by ▇▇▇, HQDA and/or local policy. In addition to the changes otherwise authorized, should the Force Protection Condition (FPCON) at any individual facility or installation change, the Government may require changes in the NAC Member’s security matters or processes. AT Awareness Training for the project NAC Member personnel traveling overseas. If a project requires NAC Member employees or associated subcontractor employees to travel overseas, then NAC Member personnel and the NAC Member’s United States based NAC Member employees and associated sub-contractor employees shall be made available to receive Government provided area of responsibility specific AT awareness training as directed by AR 525-
Level I Training. All City of Rock Island and associated contractor employees requiring access to Army installations, facilities and controlled access areas shall complete AT Level I awareness training within 30 calendar days after
Level I Training. This will be required by all Special Education Paraprofessionals working within our Educational Learning Centers at SWWC. This will need to be completed within their first year of employment. It will be one of the components needed to be considered "highly qualified."
Level I Training. Level I training for the staff of the subject property staff will include:
1. A description of asbestos containing materials: (List and describe all ACM)
2. The health hazards associated with ACM ◦ Asbestosis - scarring of the lung tissue ◦ Mesothelioma - rare form of cancer of the pleural cavity. ◦ Gastrointestinal cancers of the stomach, esophagus and colon.
3 A discussion of the risk factors associated with asbestos related work and cigarette smoking, e.g. smokers have 50 times the risk of acquiring lung cancer from asbestos exposure than non-smokers.
