Promptly upon request by the Agent at any time and from time to time, and without limitation on the rights of the Agent pursuant to the provisions of Section 2.22 and Section 2.23, execute such letters in lieu of transfer or division orders, in addition to the letters delivered to the Agent in satisfaction of the condition set forth in Section 3.1(f), as are necessary or appropriate to transfer and deliver to the Agent proceeds from or attributable to any Mortgaged Property.
