Letters in Lieu of Transfer Orders; Division Orders. Promptly upon request by the Agent at any time and from time to time, execute such letters in lieu of transfer orders, in addition to the letters signed by the Borrower and/or the Co-Borrowers and delivered to the Agent in satisfaction of the condition set forth in Section 3.1 (f)(iii) and/or division and/or transfer orders as are necessary or appropriate to transfer and deliver to the Agent proceeds from or attributable to any Mortgaged Property.

Promptly upon request by the Agent at any time and from time to time, and without limitation on the rights of the Agent pursuant to Sections 2.19 and 2.20, execute such letters in lieu of transfer orders, in addition to the letters signed by the Borrower and/or the Co-Borrowers and delivered to the Agent in satisfaction of the condition set forth in Section 3.1 (f)(iii3.1(g)(iii) and/or division and/or transfer orders as are necessary or appropriate to transfer and deliver to the Agent after an Event of Default proceeds from or attributable to any Mortgaged Property.
