Lessor's Right to Advance the Project Funds. Without at any time waiving any of Lessor's rights hereunder, Lessor shall have the right to make the first advance of a portion of the Project Funds hereunder without the satisfaction of each and every condition precedent to Lessor's obligation to make such advance, and Lessee agrees to accept such advance as Lessor may elect to make. The making of any advance hereunder shall not constitute an approval or acceptance by Lessor of any work on the Project theretofore completed.
