Common use of Lessor’s Representative Clause in Contracts

Lessor’s Representative. Prior to commencing construction, Lessor will designate an individual employed by Lessor as its sole representative with respect to the matters set forth in this Lessee Work Letter, who, until further notice to Lessee, shall have full authority and responsibility to act on behalf of the Lessor as required in this Lessee Work Letter.
