LESSOR MAY ENTER. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees that ▇▇▇▇▇▇, its agent or employees, may enter upon said premises at any time during the term or during any extension hereof for the purpose of examining and inspection said premises, and for purposes necessary, incidental to, or connected with the performance of its obligations hereunder or in the exercise of its governmental functions.
