Common use of Lessor Commitment Clause in Contracts

Lessor Commitment. Subject to the conditions and terms hereof, the Lessor shall make available to the Lessee on each Funding Date an amount (each such amount, a "Lessor Amount") in immediately available funds equal to the Participation Agreement Commitment Percentage of the Lessor of the amount of the Advance being funded on such Funding Date. Notwithstanding any other provision hereof, the Lessor shall not be obligated to make available any Lessor Amount if, after giving effect to the proposed Lessor Amount, the outstanding aggregate amount of the respective Lessor Amounts of the Lessor would exceed the Lessor's Commitment.

Notwithstanding any other provision hereof, the Lessor shall not be obligated to make available any Lessor Amount if, after giving effect to the proposed Lessor Amount, the outstanding aggregate amount of the respective Lessor Amounts of the Lessor would exceed the Lessor's Lessor Commitment.
