Lessor bears insurance risk. The Lessor bears all risk associated with failure to take out insurance cover, and, to the extent such cover is required under clause 14.1, the Lessor indemnifies DHA for any loss or damage to the Property (including all fixtures, fittings and chattels owned by the Lessor).
