Common use of Lessor Acknowledgment Clause in Contracts

Lessor Acknowledgment. Lessor acknowledges that Lessee may finance the System and that ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s obligations may be secured by, among other collateral, a pledge or collateral assignment of this Agreement and a security interest in the System. Lessee acknowledges that nothing in this Section 9.1 shall relieve Lessee of its obligations and responsible under this Lease. In order to facilitate such financing, and with respect to each Financing Party ▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees as follows:
