Common use of LESSEE'S USE Clause in Contracts

LESSEE'S USE. The Premises shall be used and occupied only for the Lessee's Use set forth in Section 1(M). Lessee shall not use or occupy the Premises nor permit anything to be done in or on the Premises which will constitute a public or private nuisance and Lessee shall not use or occupy or permit the Premises to be used or occupied in any manner which will violate any laws or any of the terms, covenants and provisions of the Prime Lease, including the rules and regulations attached to the Prime Lease, if any.
