Common use of LESSEE'S USE Clause in Contracts

LESSEE'S USE. The Lessee represents and warrants that it will not conduct any activities in the Premises or on the property which may constitute a violation of any environmental law, statute and/or regulation. The Lessee agrees not to employ or utilize the Premises for the purpose of disposing, treating, storing, handling or transporting any materials which may be deemed to constitute Hazardous or Toxic Materials, unless it obtains the prior written consent of the Lessor.
