Common use of Lessee’s Maintenance Program Clause in Contracts

Lessee’s Maintenance Program. (A) Prior to the expiration or termination of the Lease and upon Lessor’s request, Lessee will provide Lessor or its agent reasonable access to Lessee’s Maintenance Program and the logbooks and maintenance records in order to facilitate the Aircraft’s integration into any subsequent operator’s fleet; (B) Lessee will, if requested by Lessor to do so, upon return of the Aircraft, deliver to Lessor a certified, true, current and complete copy of Lessee’s Maintenance Program, provided that Lessor shall not disclose any such program to a third party without Lessee’s prior written consent or a court order directing such disclosure.
