Common use of Lessee to Pay All Operating Costs Clause in Contracts

Lessee to Pay All Operating Costs. Other than as expressly provided herein, Lessee shall arrange for and pay all operating costs associated with Lessee’s use and incurred during the Term, including, without limitation, costs of pilots, cabin personnel, mechanics, and other ground support personnel (the foregoing collectively, the “Flight Crew”); fuel; oil; lubricants; landing and navigation fees; airport charges; passenger service and any and all other expenses of any kind or nature, arising directly or indirectly in connection with or related to the use, movement and operation of the Aircraft by Lessee during the Term. The obligations of Lessee under this provision shall survive the end of the Term.

The obligations of Lessee under this provision shall survive the end of the Term.
